I’m a psychologist with lived experience of many of the difficult symptoms clients are dealing with. This journey has cultivated within me a deep love for in-depth and somatic work rooted in presence. I help people unravel long-standing issues at the origin.
Having personally navigated burnout, chronic pain, fatigue, and anxiety, I know firsthand that suffering isn’t just inconvenient, it’s also an incredibly persistent teacher. Fortunately, it doesn’t have to be a lonely, uphill battle anymore. My passion is helping others find a more direct, supportive path to healing. One that brings true freedom rather than just temporary relief.
Nothing brings me more satisfaction than seeing people return to their inner spark.

A little biography..
In 2008, I graduated with a degree in Neuropsychology. I had started with excitement to uncover the great mysteries of the human mind and consciousness. But instead, I found myself a bit disillusioned, burned out, and uninspired by the academic perspective—being so clinical and reductive. By the time I graduated, I felt drained of energy and direction. Little did I know, an even greater challenge was about to unfold.
That summer, I’ll never forget the stark contrast between the perfect sunny skies and the sudden onset of symptoms that flooded my experience: anxiety, sudden grief over childhood experiences, physical pain, and an overpowering urge to retreat from the world—symptoms that would stay with me for years to come. It was as if the life I had built suddenly cracked open, leaving me unable to function at all.
While friends moved forward—building careers and futures—my life came to a standstill. I wasn’t progressing in any conventional sense; instead, I found myself in a state of deep pause, drawn inward by an undeniable need to heal and reorient. Unsure whether I was breaking down or breaking open, since symptoms were flaring up left and right, but in the midst of it some questions arose: What is essential? Who am I? What is true? What is worth it above all else? Slowly, I gained a genuine interest in this process. I began to trust the strange, uncharted course it took…

A new paradigm...
As I regained strength, I returned to work and travel—yet something fundamental had changed. I was no longer interested in an established career path. I became deeply drawn to understanding true healing, exploring the nervous system, somatic and emotional practices, breathwork, meditation, and herbal remedies for chronic infections. Slowly, long-standing issues began to improve. But healing wasn’t a straight road; it revealed itself as a vast, layered process—at times feeling like an endless jungle with no clear path forward. I sought out teachers beyond the conventional, drawn to those who understood what mainstream psychology often overlooked: true healing doesn’t come from fixing symptoms but from understanding what they are trying to reveal.
The more I explored, the clearer it became—this was not just about health. It was about something deeper and more fundamental. I started to feel a great affinity with presence, with the depth of meditation, with something beyond healing itself. I was drawn to Advaita and non-duality teachers, noticing the sparkle in their eyes—the unmistakable lightness of those who had found something beyond suffering. Their presence alone carried a wisdom that needed no words.
Over the next decade, I deepened into this understanding while working as a psychologist. I followed my interest in people and worked at prisons, a hospital, and elderly nursing homes – all places where people, just like me, were confronted with their vulnerability.
Later I started my private practice and worked exclusively from there. I witnessed transformation and healing coming from meeting the fragile aspects within. By weaving together different practices, we discover the immense capacity of the body-mind to unwind itself from physical tensions and often even pain, traumatic imprints, fear and long-held emotional pain when a compassionate witness is there to guide. Seeing people soften on the inside, restoring their authentic selves I knew; THIS matters.
